Summary:We'rein search of an Order Management Specialist to ensure orders aresuccessfully received and submitted in NERP via EDI, SPACE, or manual methods,adhering to Client' policies and agreements. 3-5 years of experience in ordermanagement or a related field and proficiency in SAP and EDI for orderprocessing.Here are some of the specific details:Job Title: Order Management SpecialistLocation: Plano TX 75023Duration: 12 Month contract with possibility of extensionStatus: (Onsite)Role & ResponsibilitiesEnsureorders are successfully received and submitted in NERP via EDI, SPACE, ormanual methods, adhering to Client' policies and agreements.Manageaccount portfolio, handle purchase order revisions, track delivery dates,verify and adjust PO prices, and process sales returns in alignment withcompany policies.Update,and maintain customer and order data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Reviewand validation price adjustment chargeback claims with finance and Sales.Pointof contact to help Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related toorders, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly andeffectively.Workclosely with sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams toensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.Generatereports on open orders, price discrepancies, shipped orders, and aged orders.Assistthe team on various projects as needed.Skills neededBachelor'sdegree in a related business field.3-5years of experience in order management or a related field.Proficiencyin SAP and EDI for order processing.Advancedskills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.Problem-solvingand critical thinking abilities.Abilityto multitask efficiently and work under pressure.Self-motivatedand capable of working independently.Knowledgeof builder systems, such as Supply Pro and KOVATop skills:SAPFinancialAnalysisProcessImprovementAreasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this positionis $40 to $42/hourIam looking forward to speaking with you today.About us:HarveyNash is a national, full-service talent management firm specializing intechnology positions.
