Brick PackagersDenton, TX Schedule: Day Shift (5:00 AM Start) | 8 10 Hour Shifts | Occasional Saturdays Pay: $18.00/hrWe are currently hiring packagers for a brick manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced production role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a repetitive, high-volume environment.Job Duties:Unload brick from kiln cars after the firing processStack bricks into a rotating jig to create finished brick packagesPackage up to 250,000 bricks per day in a team environmentIdentify different shades of the same brick color (red, gray, etc.)Maintain quality control and ensure proper stacking and packagingWork efficiently to meet production goalsRequirements:Must be physically fit and accustomed to strenuous manual laborAbility to repeatedly bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout shiftStrong attention to detail and ability to distinguish color shades20/20 vision required (or corrected to 20/20)Reliable attendance and strong work ethicWillingness to work outdoors and in a production environmentMust be available for occasional SaturdaysWork Environment:Heavy lifting and repetitive motionFast-paced industrial brick yardOutdoor work in varying weather conditionsTeam-based production setting
