Build Something That Matters at The Indoor Golf ShopThe Indoor Golf Shop is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our team in Celina, TX.This isn't a job where you'll be doing the same task all day. You'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse and production operations running smoothly—from receiving and organizing inventory to preparing customer orders and supporting production. The Indoor Golf Shop is a fast-growing e-commerce and B2B company specializing in golf simulators, launch monitors, golf practice equipment, and premium accessories . We work with more than 20 leading brands across North America and serve passionate golfers nationwide.If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a team, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep products moving from our warehouse to our customers accurately and efficiently.Your day may include:Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming inventoryPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyVerify products and orders for accuracy before they leave the warehouseOrganize inventory and help maintain accurate stock levelsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouseSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipmentSupport production projects, including cutting, assembly, sewing, and other hands-on tasksAssist with inventory counts and warehouse organizationInspect products for quality and damageFollow company safety, quality, and operating proceduresIdentify opportunities to make warehouse and production processes betterWork as part of a team to meet daily goals and customer expectationsWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to work as part of a team.Required: 2+ years of warehouse experienceExperience with receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, or shippingForklift experience; certification is a plusAbility to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar equipmentStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workdayAbility to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may vary and may exceed 105°F during periods of extreme heatCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkEven Better If You Have: Experience with cutting equipment, including circular blade equipmentExperience with table saws or CNC equipmentExperience with warehouse management or inventory systemsWhy Join The Indoor Golf Shop?
