Material Handler IIOur client in Plano, TX is seeking a Material Handler II to join their warehouse operations team. As a Material Handler II, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting Production, Inventory Control, Shipping, and Receiving teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Plano, TXPay Range: $22 - $24/hrJob Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireHours / Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:30 am – 4 pm / 8:30 am – 5 pmWhat's the Job?Receive, inspect, process, and distribute incoming materials, parts, and shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.Pick, pack, allocate, label, and ship products accurately and efficiently to support production and customer orders.Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts, inventory transactions, product transfers, and discrepancy resolution.Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely while following warehouse procedures and safety standards.Support production order fulfillment, assist with training team members, and contribute to continuous process improvements.What's Needed?1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or material handling.Experience with inventory management, order processing, cycle counting, and warehouse documentation.Strong computer skills, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance, and stand/walk for extended periods.Forklift experience preferred; training available. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
