Our Distribution Center is open Monday-Friday.A great D&L employee will:Serve One, Serve All – Treat all customers equally and seek to give them the BEST customer service.Be a Name Knower – Build relationships with customers.Be an AgXpert – Whatever your job, learn the skills to be the BEST.All About Ag – Have an appreciation for the agriculture world we share our love with.Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include, but not limited to the following list)Prepare transfers to be sent out to storesEnsure transfers have the correct product pulled and placed on/in truck/trailerEnsure load is secure for transitUn-strap products for stores after arrival with transferLoad/unload vehicles using forkliftsMove stock/goods using forklifts in warehousesEquipment maintenance and inspectionKeeps warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and tidyHelp organize upstairs inventory when neededHelp move feed around whether by hand or by forkliftCompletes any required training and educationReceive in products using the wireless gun or manually checking in productSorting products as being received to be transferred back out to storesCount inventory using wireless gun or manually with count sheet on weekly basisAny task that helps improve store's satisfaction and transfer processWork Sales counter on occasion in Farrier Dept.Preferred Skills & Job RequirementsAgriculture knowledge equivalent to Horticulture, Farming/Ranching, Livestock or PetReading skillsVerbal communication (English preferred) skillsForklift driving skillsSelf-motivated and disciplined18 years of age or olderMust pass pre-employment drug test and background checkAble to lift and move loads up to 75-100 poundsScheduling NeedsMonday/Wednesday/Friday 8 AM – 5 PMBenefitsRetirement Savings Account with Employer MatchEmployee Discount#J-18808-Ljbffr
