This is a physically active role requiring reliability, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude.Key Responsibilities:Accurately fulfill orders using pick listsHandle shipping, receiving, and inventory controlOperate various forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, reach) safely and efficientlyLift up to 50 lbs (with team assistance if needed)Walk over 13,000 steps or approximately 5 miles per dayQualifications & Skills:Core Competencies:Excellent Attendance: Reliable with a strong record of punctualityComputer Literacy: Comfortable with basic PC functions, data entry, inventory systems, and Microsoft OfficeStrong Work Ethic: Dedicated and focused on quality and efficiencyExperience with WMS - SAP/ERPTeam Player: Collaborates effectively with coworkers and supervisorsAttention to Detail: Minimizes errors in inventory handling and documentationJob-Specific Requirements:Minimum 6 months of warehouse experienceForklift operation experience (or willingness to be trained on stand-up forklifts)Proven order pulling experiencePhysical stamina for extended walking and lifting
