Medical Scheduler(floater) Address: Lewisville, TX/Flower Mound, TX Job Description Schedule patient appointments and tests efficiently. Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel. Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff. Orient, train, and assign work to lower-level employees. Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program. Critical Information Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. On-site position with occasional floating to Flower Mound. Education/Licenses Needed High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two to three years of scheduling or related experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
