You'll gain firsthand exposure to how a successful home service company operates while building skills that can support future leadership and entrepreneurial opportunities.Your New RoleAs our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the hub that keeps our field teams running efficiently and our customers taken care of.You'll :Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfactionServe as the backup dispatcher and help manage daily operationsKeep technicians moving efficiently by managing the dispatch boardCommunicate with customers regarding appointment updates and schedulingCoordinate parts ordering, inventory, and deliveries to support techniciansHelp organize warehouse operations and support logisticsAssist technicians with material pricing and job quotingAnswer inbound customer calls and online inquiries as neededFollow up with customers regarding HVAC replacement options and seasonal promotionsMaintain reporting and tracking for operational and sales activitiesPartner with leadership to identify and solve operational challengesWork closely with customer service and field teams to ensure successful installationsHelp support both HVAC and plumbing operations by making sure technicians have everything they need to succeedWhat You BringWe're looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
