This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, proper packaging, safe loading, and timely shipment of vehicles, parts, and accessories. The position plays a key role in maintaining shipping accuracy, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare golf carts, components, and parts orders for shipmentVerify shipping documentation, labels, and order accuracy before releaseSafely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material–handling equipmentLoad outbound trucks and coordinate with carriers for pickupsMaintain shipping logs, tracking numbers, and daily shipment reportsInspect outgoing products for damage, completeness, and quality complianceFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized shipping areaSupport cycle counts, inventory movements, and warehouse organization as neededCommunicate with the Shipping Manager regarding delays, discrepancies, or issuesQualifications1+ year experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics operationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers) preferredExperience operating forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus)Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliabilityBasic computer skills for shipping software and documentationPreferred ExperiencePrior work in automotive, EV, powersports, or manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of LTL freight preparation, crating, or large‑item shippingExperience handling high‑value or fragile equipmentWhy Join UsCompetitive pay and benefitsGrowing electric mobility company with advancement opportunitiesStable, team‑oriented production environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
