Logistics Network Manager

bex is a digital logistics platform for the construction industry. We are active throughout Germany and are continuing on a growth and expansion course. Would you like to be part of a dynamic company that is becoming the new standard for last-mile construction logistics? Then we need your support as a Logistics Network Manager (m/w/d).

Over 250 delivery partners with vehicles from cargo bikes to three-axle trucks with cranes are part of our network across Germany. In this role, as part of the carrier team, you will be responsible for expanding relationships with our delivery partners. With your positive attitude, you will approach our delivery partners openly, build strategic partnerships, and take care of the development of our logistics network as one of our key resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Identification and approach of new delivery partners as part of the expansion
• Procedural and technological onboarding of new delivery partners
• Development of existing delivery partners into strategic partners
• Implementation of measures to improve service quality with partners
• Support in the introduction of new logistics services and products

Qualifications

• Completed studies in logistics, business administration, or a comparable education
• First professional experience, e.g., in logistics, management consulting, etc.
• Secure handling of MS Office or G-Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team capability, independence, and structured working method
• Fluent German in speech and writing, English negotiation-proof
• Driver's license class B, willingness to travel within Germany
