Job Description The Inventory Analyst at Arvato is responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers, providing requested information, acting as a liaison, and ensuring special requirements are executed as requested.YOUR TASKS Maintain cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems.Handle special projects and day‑to‑day activities related to client requests, and maintain daily communication with the Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.Continuously improve inventory control disciplines, provide guidance on inventory issues, and prepare daily and weekly reporting and documentation related to inventory and productivity.Maintain inventory integrity, resolve variances, coordinate inventory transactions across systems, monitor inbound and outbound components, and complete audit documentation.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Experience with SAP or other WMS.2+ years in a warehouse environment; prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) preferred.Proficiency in Excel required.Experience with inventory control documentation, including creating new procedures and reviewing approved procedures.Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.Proactively report ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and breaches in line with the company's incident reporting process.Process personal data, client data, and employer business‑specific data in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines, and federal and state requirements.Additional Information Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.401(k) with company matching up to 6%.Paid Time Off, including paid holidays.Flexible Spending Accounts.Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.Employee Assistance Program.Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.Commuter benefits.Employee engagement activities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
