Job DescriptionThe ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences everyday.Day in a LifeReceive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departmentsFulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standardsPrepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standardsUtilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processesAssist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockroomsProvide general support to the store, e.g. setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixturesQualificationsA high level of ownership, accountability and initiativeSuccess working in a fast‑paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasksOrganizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with a variety of technology and new computer applicationsAbility to work a flexible schedule based on business needsPhysical Requirements:Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.Frequent lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.PayPay: $16.20 – $16.85 hourly.BenefitsMedical/Vision, Dental, Retirement and Paid Time AwayLife Insurance and DisabilityMerchandise Discount and EAP Resources401(k), medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, holidays, and more#J-18808-Ljbffr
