Site Experience Attendant The Site Experience Attendant (SEA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the car wash visit. This role combines customer service, membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance into one dynamic position designed to provide operational flexibility and an outstanding experience for team members and customers alike.Site Experience Attendants rotate between multiple work areas throughout the day, supporting business needs while developing a broad skill set. This role plays a critical part in growing Caliber's Limitless Wash Club membership program and is eligible to participate in the company's membership commission program.Responsibilities include:Customer Experience & SalesWelcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.Educate customers on wash packages, Limitless Wash Club memberships, and promotions.Recommend products and services based on customer needs.Process transactions accurately and efficiently.Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.Consistently contribute to membership growth goals.Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout each shift.Tunnel OperationsSafely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.Perform loading procedures in accordance with safety standards.Monitor tunnel operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow.Communicate clearly with customers during the loading process.Immediately report equipment or safety concerns.Lot Operations & Site AppearanceAssist customers throughout the vacuum and parking areas.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming site.Empty trash receptacles and replenish amenities (multi-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, towels).Perform routine housekeeping throughout the site and grounds.Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect Caliber's standards.Teamwork & RotationsRotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities throughout the day.Adapt to changing business needs and staffing priorities.Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude.Safety & Operational ExcellenceFollow all company safety policies and operating procedures.Maintain a clean, safe working environment.Wear required personal protective equipment.Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents.Protect company assets and uphold operational standards.Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:Frequently stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds.Frequently bend, reach, squat, kneel, and climb.Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity.Communicate effectively with customers and team members.Operate around moving vehicles and mechanical equipment while following established safety procedures.Benefits:Health InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401K with Company MatchVacation Paid Time OffOn-Demand Pay - Paid Sick LeaveEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany-paid & Voluntary Life InsurancePet InsuranceDiscounted tickets and more!Career Growth:The Site Experience Attendant position is designed to develop well-rounded operational knowledge and customer service skills, preparing team members for future opportunities, including:Assistant Site ManagerSenior Assistant Site ManagerSite ManagerMulti-Site LeadershipCaliber Car Wash provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability or genetics.
