About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and service-oriented Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first and last impression of our hospital, you will play a vital role in creating lasting relationships with our clients and patients. Your primary responsibility is to build trust, form meaningful connections with pet owners, and ensure every client and patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their visit. You will work closely with our doctors and medical team to provide an exceptional client experience while helping our hospital run efficiently. Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client and patient Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and personalized service Greet clients and check patients in and out efficiently Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and respond to emails and voicemails Utilize ezyVet to maintain accurate medical records, create treatment plans, and process payments Educate clients on hospital services, wellness recommendations, and preventive care Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and the client care team Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting Assist with administrative tasks while ensuring a seamless client experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of veterinary experience required Previous Customer Service Representative or Veterinary Receptionist experience preferred Experience with EzyVet or Digitail is preferred Outstanding communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Passionate about building relationships with clients and advocating for their pets Available to work a flexible schedule, including every other Saturday Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Retention bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance options Employee discounts on veterinary services Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team culture Why Join Stonebrook Family Pet Clinic?
