Assistant Controller

About the Role

As an Assistant Controller, you will lead and execute the month-end close process for a portfolio of clients, including reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis. You'll work closely with your team's Controller and Staff Accountant to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate financial deliverables.

This is a full-cycle accounting role where you'll have direct interaction with clients, helping them solve problems and navigate their financial operations with clarity. Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience, including month-end close and financial statement preparation. Experience with preferred QuickBooks, Great Plains and other accounting software a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Excel skills required. Solid understanding of GAAP. Experience managing Full Cycle Accounting Processes.
