Responsibilities:

• Lead the team with best practices
• Team members of trainers
• Offer an exceptional experience to guests
• Demonstrate the ability to work in all front of house positions
• Know all the basics of food preparation
• Responsible for knowing what to do when the computer/register fails
• Count and verify cash registers and coupons
• Responsible for party trays and taking orders correctly
• Demonstrate the ability to train others in "Recipe for Service" (CORE 4 + Mandatory Service Behaviors)
• Read and interpret CEM reports
• Demonstrate the ability to do "Service Checks" and coach to get results (review core 4, review service recipe, review second mile service and required service behaviors, ACES in its place)
• Train on how to satisfy a disappointed customer (L.A.S.T.)
• Generate reports from the cash register (sales, cash register close, payments, pickups, fake money management, fake coupon management)
• Demonstrate the ability to close a shift and correctly code end of shift items
• Manage customer and employee injuries (SEDGWICK)
• Take walks with leaders (ensuring the bathroom, dining area, front line, and parking lot are clean, ensuring all team members are wearing the appropriate uniform, play area, service speed)
• Know and be able to train on all policies

A Manager Should:

• Work a minimum of forty-five hours a week at the restaurant (5 days), including Friday and Saturday
• Dedicate at least two hours a week to planning
• Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all objectives and success factors related to team members

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience
• Open availability
• Reliable transportation
• Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, reliability, empathy, and professionalism
• Passion for people and service
• Able to lead, train, and delegate to a team of people in a dynamic environment
• Able to make quick decisions thinking of the best interest of the restaurant
• Ability to develop others
