Position Overview

As Assistant GM, you'll be the right hand to our leadership team—bringing structure, energy, and encouragement to both staff and families. This role is perfect for someone who's fun, outgoing, assertive, ambitious, energetic, and a natural self-starter. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and ensure seamless, positive customer experiences
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and managing team members
• Set the tone: lead with energy, kindness, and accountability
• Communicate confidently and professionally with staff and families
• Oversee facility cleanliness, supply inventory, and daily task completion
• Help resolve customer questions or concerns with confidence and care
• Track and report on attendance, payroll, and performance trends
• Step in as needed to coach, train, or provide extra support where needed
• Foster a team culture that's upbeat, motivated, and mission-aligned

Position Details

• Status: Full-Time, Exempt
• Salary Range: $30,000–$40,000 annually (based on experience)
• Location: 820 Indian Trail, Argyle, TX 76226
• Reports to: General Manager / Owners
