Lombardi Family Concepts is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our brand-new concept addition – Victory Tap (Coming Soon - Summer 2026). We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated line cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and possess experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of kitchen experience at upscale, reputable restaurants
• Experience in high-volume, scratch-made cooking
• Diverse in South and Central American cuisine (Peruvian, Argentinian, Mexican)
• Safe Food Handling Certificate
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours (weekends and holidays)
