5+ years of software product management experience
Must bring a strong knowledge of contact center concepts and workflow
Possess industry experience in contact centers
An MBA and/or a degree in Computer Science (or the equivalent), or professional work experience as a software engineer is a huge plus
Must be a strong leader who can prioritize and understands how to drive focus and excellence
Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
Support Cloud-based contact center experience delivering engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences
Leading Voice product pod(s) responsible for the core business including voice product setup & configuration, automation, and analytics & optimization.
You will own products and features end-to-end that impact millions of customers.
Will work directly with developers and customers to solve challenging problems using the latest technologies (Java, Node JS, Python, Lambdas).
Will make data-driven decisions and prioritize how and when to build features
