Inventory Clerk I - Forklift and Inventory Control**Pay: Up to $19.00/hr****Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM****Overtime: 1-2 hours daily as needed****Location: The Colony, TX**Are you experienced with inventory control and warehouse equipment? We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating an Order Picker, performing cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.**What You'll Do:**+ Perform daily inventory counts (up to 300 counts per day)+ Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies+ Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners and warehouse systems+ Reconcile inventory transactions and ensure stock accuracy+ Support physical inventories and cycle count programs+ Communicate inventory issues that may impact customer orders+ Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed**Required** **Experience & Skills:**+ Experience operating a Crown Order Picker ( **required** )+ Experience with a Raymond Stand-Up Forklift ( **strongly preferred** )+ Inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory reconciliation experience+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers+ Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems+ Basic Microsoft Windows and Excel skills+ Ability to quickly learn products and processes+ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills+ High School Diploma or GED**Physical Requirements - Required:**Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shiftComfortable working in a **non-climate-controlled warehouse** (temperature varies with outdoor conditions)**Requirements:**Steel-toe shoes required on Day 1Ability to communicate in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plusReliable attendance and strong work ethicKeywords: Inventory Clerk, Inventory Control, Cycle Counts, Warehouse Inventory, Inventory Specialist, Order Picker Operator, Crown Order Picker, Raymond Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, RF Scanner, Warehouse Associate, Inventory Reconciliation, Stock Control, Material Handler, Warehouse Operations.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
