Job Overview We are seeking motivated Construction Crew Leaders to oversee erosion control projects in the DFW and Austin Texas regions. This role coordinates and supervises a team of skilled workers to ensure efficient project execution, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional results. Your good driving record and the SWEC training process will drive the success of our projects while fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of workers performing erosion control installation, maintenance, and repair activities Complete daily work schedules and assign tasks based on project priorities and team skills Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Operate a company truck, trailer and equipment following safety & training protocol Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering to environmental standards Join us to lead dynamic teams in delivering top-tier erosion control solutions!
