What You Will Do
As a Project Coordinator Facilities & Real Estate, you will support the planning and execution of office expansions, relocations, and real estate initiatives across Prime Controls. This role partners closely with the Facilities Manager to coordinate projects, manage vendors, and ensure all activities are organized, on schedule, and executed efficiently.
This is a senior-level coordinator role with a defined path into an Assistant Project Manager position.
A Typical Day at Prime Controls
Project Coordination
Coordinate office openings, relocations, and closures from planning through execution
Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across multiple projects
Ensure alignment across internal teams (Facilities, IT, Safety, etc.)
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and contractors to support leasing and build-out activities
Schedule vendor meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Drive accountability to keep projects on track
Real Estate Support
Assist with lease coordination, documentation, and internal approvals
Organize site selection data and support evaluation of potential office locations
Maintain records for leases, contracts, and property documentation
Reporting & Organization
Maintain organized project files, invoices, and communications
Track project costs and maintain historical data for benchmarking
Support reporting and documentation to improve project visibility
What You Will Bring

The Basic
3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, facilities, or real estate-related roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
The Preferred
Experience with commercial real estate, property management, or construction projects
Familiarity with leasing processes, tenant improvements, or office buildouts
Experience working with vendors, contractors, or cross-functional project teams
