Overview

Director of Finance. FP&A Director. NextStep Recruiting is working with a large manufacturing and distribution organization in the Plano, TX area, who is looking to hire an experienced Finance Director for their team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field. An Advanced Degree and/or Certifications are a plus
• 12+ years of progressive large company finance experience, including several years of leadership experience
• Strong experience in manufacturing and/or distribution industries
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to positively manage and organize change effectively
