Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced SAP IBP/PPDS Lead to serve as the IT Lead and Subject Matter Expert for Replenishment Planning (RP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) within the FTS process. This role is crucial for ensuring business continuity through issue resolution, driving continuous improvements, and leveraging expertise in SAP IBP RP, SAP PPDS, integration, data, and analytics.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

SAP IBP Replenishment Planning expertise

SAP PPDS for detailed scheduling

Experience in SAP S/4HANA

Familiarity with SAP CI DS

Experience in large-scale Supply Chain Planning projects

Role Overview

The role involves acting as the IT SME and Lead for RP and PPDS solutions across end-to-end FTS processes. The candidate will resolve production support incidents, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and improve DSO KPIs related to RP and PPDS. Ensuring integrated process design and performing quarterly IBP upgrade regression testing are key responsibilities. The role requires challenging the status quo to drive optimal solutions and collaborating effectively across teams.
