Overview Financial Analyst (P2) in the Raytheon Operations and Supply Chain Finance organization supporting a portfolio of programs within a growing mission area. The role is hybrid, located in McKinney, Texas, and requires U.S. citizenship. No security clearance is required.Responsibilities Support all aspects of financial deliverables and act as the subject matter expert for the business area.Generate and report program‑related impacts, including EACs, weekly headcount and material forecasts, and Control Tower inputs.Work closely with program and functional stakeholders to support business initiatives and provide timely financial data.Identify critical barriers, develop corrective actions, and implement process improvements.Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial data to management teams.Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and relay critical information across multi‑functional stakeholder environments.Prioritize and allocate resources in a geographically dispersed, deadline‑driven environment.Prepare data for, analyze, and help drive the quarterly EAC review process with CAMs, IPTLs, CBTs, and PMO.Assist with development and training of junior analysts on the team.Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.Experience with SAP, APEX, or similar business systems.Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.Strong communication skills and adaptability to evolving program needs.Self‑starter mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(K) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.Eligibility for annual incentive compensation programs based on level and performance.Employment Details This is a U.S.-based hybrid role that may require attendance at in‑person interview steps.
