MCR Hotels - 455 Centiel Expressway North - Responsibilities: Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile, using guests' names when possible; Keep front and back of house areas clean and organized; assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed; Assist with restocking amenities and supplies in guestrooms and housekeeping carts; maintain linen closet stock; Monitor and report issues with public space furniture; assist with luggage handling and trash management; Support teamwork and professional communication to contribute to guest satisfaction and a welcoming environment
