Snelling - - Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment, kilns, conveyors, mixers, and other brick manufacturing machinery; Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine effective solutions to restore functionality quickly; Install, align, and calibrate new equipment or components as needed; Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics; Follow all safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout protocols to ensure a safe working environment
