Job Description Job Description Position SummaryThe Screen-Printing Press Operator plays a key role in producing high‐quality printed textiles by operating, managing, and maintaining screen printing presses in a fast‐paced production environment. This role is responsible for executing production orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring consistent quality standards, and supporting overall workflow through strong communication, teamwork, and problem‐solving.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage textile screen printing presses to meet daily production goalsExecute production orders with speed, precision, and consistencyPerform efficient screen setups, including alignment, registration, and ink preparationMonitor and maintain press supplies such as inks, screens, emulsions, and related materialsConduct quality control checks to ensure all prints meet company standardsCommunicate production issues promptly and collaborate with supervisors to resolve themTrain, guide, and support press assistants to ensure smooth workflowPromote and uphold safety, efficiency, and productivity on the production floorPartner with leadership to troubleshoot equipment and improve printing processesQualifications & SkillsScreen printing or screen‐making experience preferredExperience working with production inks is a plusStrong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectivelyComfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environmentSolid communication and teamwork skillsAbility to adapt quickly and maintain productivity under changing prioritiesBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusEmployment Type & CompensationThis is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire positionPay rate is $19.50–$24.00/hr (Based on Experience)Application Window: Open until filledWork Schedule1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PMSaturdays as needed2nd Shift:· Monday–Thursday | 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM· Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM· Saturdays as neededBenefitsPaid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision insuranceBereavement LeaveRetirement, 401(k)Personal AdvancementEmployer InformationThis position is being recruited by NCW on behalf of a client company.
