Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate requirements creation, user story development, and documentation while maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity
Lead business analysis for SiriusXM's web commerce platform, supporting customer-facing experiences including retention, upgrade, and account management flows
Partner with product, engineering, UX, marketing, and business stakeholders to define project scope, shape solutions, and deliver features that drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
Translate business objectives (e.g., plan changes, billing experiences, save/cancel flows, pricing/offers, promotions) into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria; ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with technical implementation
Facilitate and participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) and lead requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and prioritization
Analyze and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across account management and subscription lifecycle (billing, payments, renewals, cancellations), leveraging data insights, experimentation, and cross-system collaboration (e.g., CRM, identity, payments) to improve retention and overall customer experience across web, streaming, and in-car platforms
Own requirements lifecycle management, including documentation, traceability, change control, and validation to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to scope
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, providing clarity on requirements, changes, risks, and solutions to ensure successful delivery
Lead and mentor analysts, fostering best practices in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall delivery across the web commerce platform
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Analyst, preferably supporting digital products or web commerce platforms
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with modern web applications, including modular architectures and reusable components
Experience operating in Agile environments, including participation in scrum ceremonies and delivery within CI/CD frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and research methods to inform decisions
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality delivery
