Automotive Main Shop Advisor

Prosper Ford is DFW's newest Ford dealership and is growing at record speed! We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Service Advisors who can help assist customers with their automotive needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our customers and develop relationships to make Prosper Ford their trusted one stop shop for all their automotive needs
• Perform a walk around on all customers vehicles
• Update customers on status of vehicle
• Provide customers on all vehicle needs and recommended repairs

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Must have minimum 3 year main shop service advisor experience
• Strong computer and phone skills
