Driftwood Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware to provide equipment for cooks, bus persons, and food servers; Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware for dish or pot machine; Wash all ware quickly and replace in storage areas; Keep dish machine properly cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards; Perform general/routine cleaning tasks and adhere to health standards
