Candidate will assist the project lead in all things related to project management on several Human Resource related project implementation or conversion activities.
Candidate will be required to confirm all activities through project lead throughout duration of project.
Candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and working with key support groups to integrate their deliverables into the project plan.
This includes working with other HR groups, end users, vendors, and IT.
Candidate will be responsible for preparing resource plan and synchronizing it with the project plan.
The candidate will continually interface with senior project staff regarding status of projects, compile and prepare weekly roll-up status reports, and review status reports including issues, next steps, and accomplishments with the project lead.
