Plan, coordinate, and supervise all field personnel assigned to projects.
Ensure compliance with all company and project policies, safety programs, and procedures.
Oversee quality control of all electrical installations, ensuring work meets specifications and industry standards.
Plan for and coordinate material purchases and releases with the Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Identify changed field conditions and work with the Project Manager to report additional costs accurately.
Lead and manage direct reports (typically 46) and indirect reports (up to 40), providing mentorship, guidance, and oversight.
Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and office personnel, both verbally and in writing.
Utilize Bluebeam to create installation shop drawings that ultimately become the record/as-built drawings.
Represent the company professionally as the primary point of contact in the field.
Minimum of 46 direct reports and experience managing up to 40 indirect reports.
Experience overseeing electrical construction projects of at least $2M and lasting one year or more.
OSHA 30 card or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Bluebeam (training provided if needed).
Proven ability to enforce safety protocols and ensure quality construction practices.
