7+ years of demonstrated project management experience in managing large initiatives. Deep understanding of ACTIVATE methodology and agile. Attention to detail and willingness to dive into technical details. Outstanding cross group collaboration skills and proven ability to drive initiatives across organizations. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to manage multiple, disparate activities at once. Driving meetings with a large number of attendees, complex topics, and driving the group to effective conclusions. PMP (Project Management Professional) / SAP Activate certifications are a plus
