Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis with strong technology skills to join our finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across our Temperature Control division. This position partners closely with leadership across departments to provide actionable insights, financial modeling, and recommendations that support the company's growth, efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong modeling skills, experience with planning technology tools, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights that influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions.
Analyze business performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with business leaders to deliver data-driven insights that inform operational and strategic decisions.
Support monthly and quarterly close processes by collaborating with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and variance analysis.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&A to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Ensure financial integrity and compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
