The Scion Group - Inman Street - Responsibilities: Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and industry standards; Remove trash and debris from the common areas on a continuous basis; Mow lawn areas, trim planting beds, and maintain landscaped areas including irrigation and seasonal plantings; Maintain and repair exterior lighting and pool equipment and report inventory to supervisor; Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies and participate in on-call duties as needed
