Position Summary

Seeking a QA resource to support testing of a GenAI chatbot platform, with primary responsibility for validating chatbot responses against business intent. The role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine prompts, ask targeted questions, and ensure response accuracy and relevance.

Candidate must be able to iteratively improve chatbot outputs and manage testing activities using ALM Octane.

Involved in test planning, writing test scripts and test execution. Is good with using tools such as (SharePoint, Microsoft Project/Excel, word). Self-starter, open to learning new tools and should be team player. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of testing best practices and defect management. Methodologies and Agile tools (Jira).

Required Skills

5+ years in QA / Software Testing

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ALM Octane

Experience testing chatbot / NLP / GenAI applications

Strong ability to:

o Interpret user intent

o Validate conversational responses

o Identify inaccuracies or hallucinations

Proven experience in test case design and exploratory testing

Ability to perform prompt refinement and iterative validation

Excellent communication skills (critical) - ability to ask probing questions and interact effectively with BAs and business stakeholders

Strong experience working in Agile teams
