JOB OVERVIEW The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential HVAC systems and components efficiently, safely, and to company standards while delivering a top-tier customer experience. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, team-oriented installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow within a high-performing organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an HVAC Installer, your essential responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Install residential HVAC systems and perform full system change-outs Set and connect condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and related components Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards Prepare and protect job sites (drop cloths, floor protection, furniture moving as needed) Maintain clean and organized job sites at all times Leave each home in better or equal condition than when you arrived Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work Operate the company vehicle safely and in compliance with all laws Pick up parts, materials, and equipment from distributors as required Report issues with tools, vehicles, or equipment immediately Work collaboratively with team members and leadership Perform additional duties as assigned WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying weather conditions Skills & Competencies Strong mechanical aptitude Attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong time management skills Ability to follow directions and installation standards Positive attitude and team-first mentality Strong communication skills High level of accountability and ownership Willingness to speak up and help improve processes THE COMPENSATION $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience). WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE Location: Argyle, TX 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST with occasional Saturdays as needed.
