Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Depositing Catcher to support daily operations on a fast-paced gummy production line in McKinney, TX. In this role, you will help monitor and operate production equipment, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensure products meet company quality expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while supporting efficient production flow.
Spanish speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Keep conveyors and sanding drum clean and working
- Make sure trays are clean, dry, and ready to use
- Spread gummies evenly so they do not stick together
- Make sure gummies move correctly on conveyors or into trays
- Help coat gummies evenly with starch or sugar
- Add the correct amount of starch or sugar at the right time
- Clean machines between batches
- Remove bad gummies (too small, stuck together, wrong shape)
- Report quality problems to the lead or cook
- Complete simple paperwork and batch records
- Move finished batches to drying tunnels
- Follow cleaning and safety checklists
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- Manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and safety rules
- Spanish speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork skills
- Must be comfortable working for extended periods while standing, bending, reaching, and repeat motions
- Physical ability to lift weight up to 40–50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $16.00 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- 3rd Shift | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
