For Fulfillment Specialist include but are not limited to: Responsibilities for Fulfillment Specialist Include but are not limited to: Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations in the S&D space, ensuring submissions adhere to S&D policies and procedures, communicate with agents and U - Ms regarding best practices, and responsible for all aspects of the S&D fulfillment process (submission & call QA, note and gift generation/selection, print execution, etc.)Monitor processes to ensure it is followed correctly by the business; identify process risks and escalate to manager if controls are not working as planned. Write process maps, procedures, or other artifacts and maintain and update documentation for new and existing processes. Draft, test and revise work instructions, gain relevant approvals and ensure regular reviews take place.
