Toyotas Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Senior Analyst Manufacturing. Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations, the person in this role will provide key data insights and analysis for manufacturing labor costs, assignments, organization design, and key workforce statistics and recommendations to exec leadership in HR and manufacturing. This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. What youll be doing Manage workforce related projects and staffing operations for manufacturing groups with short lead time and sense of urgency. Utilize strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to perform detailed analysis and calculations of workforce analytics (span of control, exec ratios, etc.) to develop recommendations for future kaizen and optimal staffing design.
