Discovery Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Prepare hot and cold menu items on grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line; Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes; Taste and determine quality and palatability of food; Must be able to work weekends; Maintain food safety and presentation of food
