divh2Plumbing Installer/h2pPlumbing Installers will be responsible for all aspects of the installation of the plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes sinks, water heaters, toilets, other plumbing fixtures, as well as appliances. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners./ppEssential Job Functions/pulliPerform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues/liliAlways explain to the customer what service you are performing and give exact prices gain approval before doing the work/liliEstablish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the customers needs and wants/liliInstall and repair plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures/liliEnsure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations/liliEducate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans./liliShow yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business/liliMaintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside/liliWork alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business/liliMaintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed/liliAlways be safety conscious both on the job and while driving/liliParticipate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats/liliTrain and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations/li/ulpEssential Job Requirements/pulli3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, and filtration/liliStrong customer service and interpersonal communication skills/liliPlumbing license or able to obtain within 6 months/liliAbility to provide repair versus replacement options to customers/liliKnowledge of drain machines, camera, and locater equipment/liliKnowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools/liliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliClean driving record/liliBasic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work/liliAbility to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language/li/ulpPhysical Demands Work Environment/ppWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
