Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Plano, TX

Position Type: Open-Ended Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations for a fast-paced corporate environment in Plano, TX. This role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process while ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS data within ClearCompany
• Review resumes, source candidates, and conduct outreach for open positions
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, feedback collection, debriefs, reference checks, and hiring follow-up
• Post and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms
• Track recruiting activity and assist with KPI and OKR reporting
• Support recruiting operations across multiple departments and hiring teams
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting coordination experience
• Experience with ClearCompany ATS strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, project management, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Plano, TX
