REMOTE TYPE: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker. JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy. Plano, TX 75075 DUTIES: Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in production. Work with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to maintain maximum stability, performance, and security for current environments. Strong background in software development, security, and operations, with a passion for implementing best practices and innovative solutions. Applicationoperations, client support investigations and Tier 2 task execution and investigations as needed for specific issues or investigative needs. Scripting for enhanced performance of 'tasks' for SailPoint backend that cannot be triggered via administrative UI or set up for use through administrative UI. Evaluation of log files for transaction investigation, health of application on platform, tuning platform, may be included in normal operations duties.
