Job Details

Perform incoming inspections for damages and/or missing parts, inoperable components and completion of Pre-Delivery Inspection as required by the manufacturer. Perform maintenance and/or correction procedures, collection and retention of serial numbers. Verify bills of materials, included vehicle options and equipment lists. Perform warranty repairs as directed and provide timely feedback to lead person. Read job order; locate and obtain all applicable checklists. Complete checklists neatly and legibly. All work must be done in conjunction with the appropriate checklists. Work may include warranty or recall repairs or mods along with accessory installation. Areas of required specific knowledge include:Mechanical: Including but not limited to torque checking and recording all axle U bolts and wheel lug nuts, removing and replacing axle and wheel seals as required, and visual inspection of suspension, steering and other linkages for correct installation and orientation.
