Ensure proactive IT assistance for the most critical executives within PepsiCo. Execute testing and implementation of all new technology utilized by Executives and their Admins Serve as customer advocate and engage other IT teams managing and/or escalating issues through resolution. Executive Support technician responsible for ensuring pretesting and meeting support of all web conferencing software used by Executives.
