Description:

The Managing Director, Revenue Enablement is responsible for leading critical revenue execution capabilities that support customer acquisition, activation, and scalable sales growth across FedEx customer segments. This role oversees the Digital Sales team, National Bid Center, Customer Account Setup & Activation, and vendor partnerships that support revenue generation and operational readiness. The MD Revenue Enablement ensures sales programs are operationally sound, customer onboarding is efficient, pricing and proposals are consistent and competitive, and digital outbound sales efforts drive incremental growth within key customer segments. This leader partners closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology organizations to translate strategic priorities into disciplined execution that improves speed-to-revenue, revenue predictability, and customer experience.
