Contract Specialist- Behavioral Health Horizon Health is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage, draft, review. and negotiate contracts for all Horizon Health business lines. This role requires extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in behavioral health, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate contract execution and ongoing management. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including provider agreements, vendor contracts, business associate agreements, and confidentiality agreements specific to behavioral health services. Maintain accurate and organized contract files and database(s) (My. Horizons MIC Repository). Track and follow up with the programs to ensure that monthly reports are uploaded and/or submitted in a timely manner.
