Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Pharmacy Operations: Role models / provides superior customer service and service standards Promotes / embodies "Greet, Ask & Thank" and H-E-B telephone strategies Manages exception station; solves third-party issues Receives / processes written prescriptions from customers using Rx.
